He
's received nominations for Best Drama Ensemble from the 2011 StageSceneLA’s Scenie
Awards and
Best Comedy Ensemble from the 2010 LA Weekly Theater Awards. He is also a
recipient of the Creative Artist Fund Award.

He's a Producing Director at
Company of Angels, an Artistic Associate of Son of Semele
Ensemble and serves on the Advisory Council of the Ford Amphitheatre & [Inside] The Ford.

RICHARD AZURDIA is a true Angeleno, born and raised in L.A. His
body of work as an actor includes film, TV, theater, commercials and
voice-over. His film and TV credits are numerous. Including the
recurring role of 'Davenport' on Showtime's
Weeds and co-starring in
Lionsgate's acclaimed film
Ladron Que Roba A Ladron. You can also
see him the award winning film
America 101, now on DVD. His
commercials include work for Coke, Miller Lite, Doritos, Carls Jr. &
